Founded in 2002 under the name Septfonds SA by entrepreneur Pascal Lorenzetti, in partnership with Jean-Luc Bochatay, Pierre Étoile is a property development company based in La Conversion (VD). In collaboration with the general construction company Geneco SA, headed by Nicolas Indermühle, Pierre Étoile has so far signed contracts for more than 1,250 residential homes, commercial premises and offices, mainly in the Lake Geneva region. Together, the two companies manage all the trades involved in a construction project, including engineers, architects, builders, landscapers and others. Since 2012, they have been carrying out their projects under the unique Pierre Étoile label.
